Hmm, maybe there's a reason fashion despot Anna Wintour ? who helms the industry bible: the US edition of 'Vogue ? is known as Nuclear Wintour...

"I don't know if I'll be designing this collection forever," says Ash of her fledgling fashion line. "A couple of years from now, I'm sure I'll want to do something else, and I'm not going to shy away from that. What if I just want to be an artist, or if I want to go back to acting? Which is not in the cards, but what if I wanted to do that?"

I'm going to be comforting myself with that "not on the cards" phrase when I try to sleep tonight.

Those of you interested in some real star-designed fashion might want to check out Julia Stiles' new website ( http://juliastilesstyles.com/Styles_by_Stiles.html). She takes aim at the celeb set trying to sell everything under the sun with super-enviro-conscious, ultra-green marketing.

There's little doubt that Gwyneth Paltrow's widely-panned Goop site is right there in Julia's comedy crosshairs.

And, finally, I leave you with one of the least environmentally friendly things in the whole of Hollywood ? Sharon Stone's boobs.

Plastic bags filled with silicon don't strike me as being a boon to the natural world, but, hey, maybe they degrade in sunlight and help plants grow or something. Regardless, they've come under a good deal of scrutiny these past weeks, since Stone stripped to nothing but heels and undies for French mag 'Paris Match'.

"Is there an age when you're supposed to refrain from doing some things like showing your body?" asks Sharon. I'm going to be generous and take that as a rhetorical question.

"If someone is shocked by these photos that's a reflection on his own views on age." Someone was shocked ? by Sharon Stone taking her clothes off? I doubt it.

"What these photos represent is nothing surprising to me. My life didn't change at 50, I didn't change. I don't see where the provocation is. If I asked myself I probably wouldn't have done these photos as I don't consider myself provocative."

I wish I could say that it's awesome to see a 50-something woman so comfortable with her body, but I don't think any parts Shazzer was showing off were older than their teens.
