'Life Design', the second single from The Parlotones' platinum-selling 'Stardust Galaxies', has been added to MTV Europe's rotation playlist.
The video is the result of the collaboration between The Parlotones and KFC Snacks forming part of the 'Be Inspired Campaign'.
Directed by veteran Eric van Wyk, it features 35 dancers creating the illusion of consistent movement. Utilising a 100m-high rig and shot over three days, the music video uses the latest techniques to produce an illusion of action from a rapid succession of static pictures. A camera had to travel in a circular motion at just the right speed in order to reveal the dancer at a different stage of his or her performance.
'Life Design' is the first European single currently going to radio all over Europe.
The Parlotones have recently returned from Midem (the world's largest music industry trade fair) in Cannes, France where they performed live to over 2000 of the worldA?s music industry elite.
They have also just secured a distribution deal for their red wine Giant Mistake with a major German retailer. The white wine, Push Me To The Floor will be launched nationwide in April 2010.
