Chris Brown has blasted the music industry, telling it to "kiss his a*s".
The R'n'B star pleaded guilty to assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna earlier this year. He was sentenced to five years probation, six months community labour and one year of domestic violence classes for the attack, during which he punched, bit and choked Rihanna in his car. He was also banned from approaching her for five years.Chris has apologised for the incident several times, and is now furious with people's refusal to forgive him. He released his latest album 'Graffiti' this week, and claims some stores are trying to end his career by not stocking it.
He fumed on his Twitter page: "im tired of this s**t. major stores r blackballing my cd. not stockin the shelves and lying to costumers. what the f**k do i gotta do...
"WTF... yeah i said it and i aint retracting s**t. im not biting my tongue about s**t else... the industry can kiss my a*s (sic)."
Chris then calmed down and thanked his fans for their ongoing support, but it was not long before his anger was reignited. He lashed out at people who have left him unsavoury messages on the social networking website, writing: "For those people who r constantly tweeting me wit bulls**t.. hop off my ****.. ur life is pointless. for the young fans.. honestly, sorry for all the cursing.. (sic)."
In July, Chris posted a message on video-sharing website YouTube in which he apologised for the assault. He was criticised for not seeming remorseful, but has since claimed that was because his management team had told him what to say.
He has given several interviews about the attack, claiming he is sorry for his the incident and has apologised repeatedly to Rihanna.
He insists he is still "devastated" by his actions, and has struggled to come to terms with what he did.
Earlier this week, Chris showed signs he was getting tired of the public's perception of him. He admitted he was upset he wasn't allowed to perform at the BET Awards this year, which was in honour of the late Michael Jackson.
"It was wack. The BET Awards was horrible. I was watching it, holding my face like, 'Oh my God this is wack'. I didn't get it," he said. "Michael Jackson was such a big entertainer. And I'm not dissing any of the artists who did the songs. But I was expecting a lot more energy for Michael.?
