Superstar Madonna is set to pay at least #50-million to Guy Ritchie as part of their divorce settlement in order to wash her hands of Britain once and for all.

The 'Material Girl' singer's spokesperson Liz Rosenburg revealed how the sum of money would be made up in a statement about the settlement yesterday, dispelling rumours that Ritchie would receive next to nothing.

In accordance with the agreement, Ritchie will retain Ashcombe House, which is worth #14-million. He also gets the option to purchase another property in London equivalent to the #8.25-million home they shared in Marylebone.

Ritchie will also receive the Punchbowl pub in Mayfair, which is worth #3-million and is open to buy further property to the value of #3-million, which is equal to the value of the house they shared in the Big Apple.

The 'RocknRolla' director will also get to keep the artworks worth #5-million and the gifts he received from Madonna during their seven-year marriage.

The couple are still in a tug of war over the custody arrangements surrounding their two children, Rocco and David, but Ritchie will receive a maintenance payment to cover the costs for the boys until they reach the age of 18.

However, after discovering that Madonna?s 'Sticky And Sweet' tour has been the biggest grossing for a solo act in history, earning the star a whopping #186-million, Ritchie?s lawyers are now renegotiating the maintenance settlement. A new figure worth between #5-million to #10-million is being discussed.

Quoted in The Daily Mail, Rosenburg added: "I?d assume it?s one of the largest payouts ever in a divorce settlement."
