Bruce Willis is being sued for walking off the set of a movie he had intended to direct.
The 'Die Hard' star was allegedly going to direct his first film, 'Three Stories About Joan', for a fee of #135 373.
According to the production company, which has filed the lawsuit in the LA Superior Court, Willis abandoned his role, not only as director but the title character?s father, three days after agreeing to go ahead with it.
The production company wants #2.75m in damages for the #13.8m film.
According to the Daily Star, Martin Singer, Willis' lawyer, has claimed that the lawsuit is "absurd".
Singer says that Willis will have to counter sue for his fee as the film shut down due to a lack of funding and not because Willis walked out.
