Kiefer Sutherland allegedly broke a fashion designer's nose after headbutting him.
The star reportedly approached designer Jack McCollough after witnessing him knock fellow actress Brooke Shields to the ground. It was claimed that Sutherland asked the designer to apologise, leading McCollough to shove the '24' actor. Sutherland then allegedly delivered the headbutt.
Shields' spokesperson claimed that she was not involved in the incident. But it is reported that police will be questioning the actress nonetheless.
Sutherland spent 48 days in prison in 2007 following a charge of driving under the influence and is still on probation.
