Kanye West has been cleared of charges from his fight with a paparazzo at LA International airport on 11 September 2008.
The rapper had pleaded not guilty before the case went to court with charges of assault, theft and vandalism of property, reports examiner.com.
Don Crawley, who is West's road manager, was also charged for the same incident but the charges against him have been dropped as well.
Neither West nor Crawley appeared in court.
West has reportedly settled an out-of-court agreement with the photographer who claims he was assaulted by him for an undisclosed amount and he has to complete 50 hours of community service according to the ruling judge for the case.
West's attorney, Blair Burke, said West will perform volunteer duties for the American Red Cross.
The rapper, whose current whereabouts are unknown, has been laying low since he crashed Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards which has cast him in a bad light with the public.
