Kate Moss went on a week-long yoga retreat to improve her complexion. The 35-year-old supermodel was mortified after seeing photographs of her skin looking blotchy and lined, and so decided to detox to improve its condition.

A source said: "She went to a yoga retreat for a week, where there were no temptations at all. She got back and she felt better than she has in ages. And she looked much better too ? her skin has bounced back."

Kate ? who designs a range of clothes for British high street chain Topshop ? was determined to look her best in time for London Fashion Week earlier this month, especially as Topshop boss Sir Philip Green wanted her to look fresh-faced at the store's show.

The source added to Britain's Closer magazine: "He told her that it might be a good idea to take it easy for a week to ensure she was looking her best. He's one of the few people she actually listens to, so she took his advice seriously."

Halle Berry wears five perfumes at a time. The 43-year-old actress ? who recently released her first fragrance called Halle by Halle Berry ? is so determined to smell unique she mixes different scents to create a personalised aroma.

She said: "I've always wanted to have my own scent. When I was younger, I never wanted to smell like every other girl in class. Even as an adult, I'd mix different perfumes together.

"Some days it would be great and people would say, 'Oh, what fragrance is that?' And I would say, 'Well, it's about five different ones!'"

When it comes to make-up, Halle is far less adventurous and generally sticks to the same products she's used for years.

She explained to Britain's InStyle magazine: "I'll only follow a new beauty trend if it suits me and works with my skin tone. The most important thing for me is to stay fresh-faced and confident.

"I do try some new things. The only product I stay well clear of is green eyeshadow ? it just doesn't work for me!"

Naomi Campbell wants to be a model until she's in her 60s. The 39-year-old supermodel has been strutting down catwalks since she was 14, and plans to keep working in the fashion industry for another 25 years.

She said: "Next year, I'm celebrating 25 years in fashion ? and here's to another 25! Personally, I'm very happy and look forward to sharing many more special moments in this industry with my loved ones."

Naomi's modelling career has made her millions of pounds, but she is even more excited about being a positive role model for black women everywhere.

She explained to Britain's Hello! magazine: "I do find it incredibly important to be a representative of women of colour in fashion. There aren't enough of us and never have been. There's much more work we all need to do."

The model ? who has been accused of physically attacking several of her employees, and served community service for assaulting a police officer in 2008 ? also insisted she is not a mean as her reputation suggests.

Naomi said: "There are lots of perceptions about me, but I simply cannot focus on what everyone may think or may not think. I have to be true to myself. My friends will often say, 'You're so different from what people may think'.

"We all have different sides to our personalities and some aren't always revealed on the surface."
