Talk show host Oprah Winfrey has gripped the attention of hundreds of women at a motivational talk in Bryanston.

Tickets were sold out weeks ago for the highly-anticipated event.

Dressed in a Fuchsia pink outfit, Oprah was welcomed by a standing ovation and heartwarming cheers.

She spoke for over 45 minutes, telling the 400 women that her spirituality has helped her become who she is today.

Oprah said even though she is a talk show host, her calling is to teach. She said she has no regrets announcing that she will be ending her show in 2011, saying she is excited for what the future holds.
