Among the most important cars to make their international debut in Detroit this week (at least from our perspective) are three newcomers from DaimlerChrysler, and Mercedes-Benz in particular.
There?s the handsome C-Class Wagon, powered by a 3,2-litre V6, a limited-edition C32 AMG sport sedan (equipped with a supercharged version of the same engine, producing 349 horsepower) and the gloriously wedge-shaped C-Class Coupe, also powered by a supercharged engine.

Ford unveiled their striking Thunderbird, General Motors introduced their Escalade and cutely named Vibe, BMW offered a trio of new models (including the innovative X coupe), Volkswagen showed their old-yet-new Microbus, Toyota trotted out their Matrix concept, Nissan produced their new Z car? it was all happening.
